Are these classes virtual or in-person?
Entirely virtual!
I’m in high school, can I sign up for a class?
Unfortunately, classes are 18+ at this time. We may offer Stripes courses for high school students in the future
Will these be recorded?
Our first courses will not be recorded, but future ones may be available for purchase.
Are there refunds if I can’t make the class?
We will not be able to provide refunds at this time, but our team can offer you a free class credit that you can redeem for any future courses.
I don’t know much about animation, can I still take a class?
We recommend viewing the recommended experience level on each course before signing up, but we encourage you to take the leap!
Where do I sign up?
You’ll need to create a login on the BNA website to register for a class.
What other classes will be offered?
Our next courses we’re building are a Background Design/Paint course. There will be more classes coming soon.
Will classes repeat?
Yes! We will provide a calendar as we ramp up the program.
How long are the classes?
Each class will vary, but they will be workshop style and deeper workshops will be about 8-10 hours over the course of two days.
Can I teach a class?
If you’re an industry professional and would like to teach a course, we’d love to have you! Contact austin.faber@blacknanimated.com and “cc” events@blacknanimated.com to propose a course.
Can I sign up for classes as a non-member?
Yes! Stripes courses are available to members and non-members.
